Face-to-Face Sessions: Duration: Half-day sessions for up to 20 participants. Our in-person sessions include group discussions, reflective practice, and individual exercises, all designed to foster a deeper understanding of mental health at work. Remote Sessions: Duration: 1.5 hours for up to 8 participants. Ideal for remote teams or smaller groups, these sessions focus on practical strategies to maintain resilience and well-being, with a special focus on supporting mental health first aiders or those helping others in challenging times.
