Travel within Yorkshire is included in the price for face-to-face sessions. If your location is outside of Yorkshire, additional travel costs may apply. We can provide a detailed breakdown if needed.
We create a safe, respectful environment for all participants. Confidentiality is key—no personal details shared within the group will leave the room. We encourage open discussion but ensure that no one feels pressured to share beyond their comfort level.
For face-to-face group sessions, we recommend a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 20 participants to ensure the best experience. For remote group sessions, the ideal size is between 2 and 8 participants.
For face-to-face sessions, you will need to provide a suitable room, along with basic equipment like a projector or screen for PowerPoint presentations. We’ll bring everything else we need to deliver the session.
We ensure that all information shared during group sessions remains completely confidential. No personal information is shared outside the session, and employees can feel safe to engage fully without concern.
